Directions:
Massage a dime-sized dollop of cream (about ¼ to ½ teaspoon) into your skin such as wrists, arms, thighs, etc. Do this twice a day for 21 days, then stop for the next 7 days. If you are looking for help with PMS balance, use 14 days on and 14 days off.
